At Lone Star Heritage Beef, we live by three priorities:

Our family has been ranching since 1979, raising Angus-influenced cattle with integrity, care, and a deep respect for the land. With seven children, six grandchildren, and one more on the way, this ranch isn’t just our business — it’s our legacy.
We believe families deserve to know where their food comes from. That’s why we sell whole, half, and quarter beef directly to consumers, offering a three-week dry-aging process, traceable beef raised right here on our ranch. From grass pastures to carefully managed finishing rations, every step is intentional.
