Is your beef 100% grass-fed?

Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished. They spend the majority of their lives on pasture and are grain-finished to enhance marbling, tenderness, and flavor.

Where do you deliver?

We offer regional delivery across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma for whole, half, and quarter beef orders.
Our beef boxes are available for local delivery only.

How much freezer space do I need?

Whole beef: Large chest freezer (approx. 16–20+ cubic ft)

Half beef: Medium chest freezer (8–12 cubic ft)

Quarter beef: Small chest freezer (5–8 cubic ft)

Boxes: regular freezer will work perfect!

Is buying bulk beef more affordable?

Yes! Purchasing whole, half, or quarter beef directly from the ranch typically provides better value per pound compared to grocery store prices while delivering superior quality.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! We offer custom cutting and packaging to meet your preferences. Contact us to discuss your specific needs. *Custom cuts are for whole and half beef purchases only.

What is your return or satisfaction policy?

We stand behind our product quality 100%. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us......Just not on your last steak!

Our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once delivered. IF your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsafe to eat. Please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
